film depicts the creation of the first University based on ancient
community values in the small town of Huayrocondo, near to the Titicaca
Sea, in Bolivia. The documentary reflects the efforts of the local
Aymara community, which based on the short-lived successful experience
of the production-based school of Warisata in the 30´s, work
in the construction of the first truly indigenous university in Bolivia. |
